Tanya Pugh is an honor graduate of Canada’s leading nutrition school, the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she was trained in holistic nutrition. She is also an effective weight loss coach with nine years of experience. The nutrition education and continuous research helped Tanya win her life-long battle with excess weight, improved her hormonal and digestive health, and ignited a new passion for whole foods plant-based living.
Tanya enjoys working with but is not limited to female health, weight management, and a gradual transition to whole foods plant-based diet. But this does not mean she is limited to plant-based clients only, not to worry! As the CSNN graduate, she is equipped with the best tools to help people with any health concerns. She will be delighted to meet you where you are in your diet and support your body so it can make its way back to balance with nutrition.
While working with you, Tanya will assess your current state of health, your medical and family history, will learn about your likes and dislikes to discover what foods, supplements, and lifestyle changes will work best for you. Getting to better health does not equal deprivation, and that is why Tanya will teach you how to incorporate your favourite treats into your new way of eating, so you do not feel restricted and yet are still getting the results you want to achieve.

This service is for those individuals who want to remove all or some animal-based foods from their diet but are not sure where to begin and how to keep it going. No Initial Assessment necessary.

During this session, we will answer any additional questions you may have on your transition to whole foods plant-based way of eating and give you further recommendations. Available to those who have previously had Whole Foods Plant-Based Transition session and wish to take their transition to the next level up to raw foods and fruit only.
